HI,
I'm
April
Wellness has always been as foundational in my life as art and design — a lifelong pursuit shaping how I live, work and lead.
My background spans decades of studying the body, brain, and health systems—not just as a designer, but also as a seeker, teacher and strategist. I even have an entire other business, Juniper & Stone, devoted to wellness where pre-covid, we took people to the most beautiful places on the planet for wellness retreats.
I blend science, research, systems thinking, and embodied practices like meditation and movement into a practical wellness approach.
I hold a master’s degree in Swiss Visual Communication with focuses in graphic design, illustration, and photography, certification in Emotional Intelligence from Case Western Reserve University, and a 200-hour yoga teacher training. I have also learned from some of the world’s most visionary integrative teachers.
Over the years, I have supported clients and friends in connecting the dots across disciplines to better understand their unique systems and cultivate a life that nurtures their fullest potential.
