Led by April Nemeth, a Creative Director and Wellness Strategist with a lifelong background in design and integrative wellness, this workshop blends creative insight with science-based well-being tools. 

Most of you know me from my art and design practices, my creative studio or my conscious home objects brand Little Korboose. Some of you may know me from my health and wellness work too. This workshop brings together my lifelong work in design and wellness to offer a thoughtful, integrated experience.

I approach wellness as a practice. It's how we build balance, grow resilience, and reach our highest potential — not just creatively, but in every area of life. When life throws hard things our way, this is why we practice: to move through those moments with clarity and strength, mind and body. 

Once you learn my unique approach — blending science, research, systems thinking and embodied practices like meditation and movement—you will feel empowered to take charge of your well being with confidence, make informed decisions and navigate challenges with more ease.

This workshop is virtual so walk yourself and your computer somewhere comfortable — I will do all the driving.

WHY DID YOU CREATE THIS WORKSHOP?

I created this workshop because of the harsh climate we are all currently in and because this powerful information does exist anywhere out there. Most systems want to keep you confused, overwhelmed, or stuck. My goal is to give you clear, honest tools to truly take control of your wellness. 

With a lifetime of studying the body, health and wellness through design, science, systems thinking and embodied practice, now is the time to share it all and support YOU in designing your wellness journey for maximum empowerment and results. 

Individual mind and body wellness contributes to the larger collective. The more well we all are, the stronger and more beautiful this incredible mysterious creation will become.

I’m

Most of you know me from my art and design practices, my creative studio or my conscious home objects brand Little Korboose. Some of you may know me from my health and wellness work too. 

Wellness has been just as foundational in my life as art and design.

I’ve spent a lifetime studying health and wellness as well as the brain—as a designer, seeker and teacher. My approach to my own wellness blends science, research, systems thinking, and embodied practices like meditation and movement for a holistic approach. 

I have studied with some of the most brilliant teachers and gurus on the planet. I hold a master's degree in Swiss Visual Communication with a triple concentration in graphic design, illustration and photography, I have been certified by The Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management in Emotional Intelligence and hold a 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.

Over the last two decades I have supported clients and friends in connecting the dots across disciplines so they can reach their fullest potential.

Do i need to have WELLNESS experience?

No matter where you are along your journey, you are welcome. All you have to do is be willing to proactively learn, show up with an open mind and commit to yourself.

I'm Not a designer or artist, can I still attend?

YES! This workshop is not limited to designers or artists. Anyone can design their wellness if they are committed to the process. 

Do i have to sign up for both volumes?

Volume One is required. Volume Two is optional. 

How many people will be attending?

Volume One: A maximum of 10 attendees. Volume Two: A maximum of 10 attendees. 

if i sign up for volume two, how Do i schedule 1:1 sessions with you?

After signing up, you will receive a link to my calendar and you can choose the available dates and times that work for you.
